How to Change the Language in Windows Server 2019

Click the Start button and then click Settings.

Next, select Time & Language.

On the left-hand side, click Language.

Scroll down to the Preferred languages section and click Add a language.

Search for the language you want to install on your server and click Next.

Click Install and wait a few minutes for the language pack to download.

Once the language pack is downloaded, simply restart your server and it will be in the new language.
